Requeue simplifies dining by letting customers join virtual waitlists, track their status, and manage reservations all from the app. For restaurants, it streamlines seating management, reduces no-shows, and provides valuable insights for improving efficiency. Requeue makes dining faster, easier, and more convenient for everyone.

To use the App, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating an account and to keep your account information up-to-date. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for any activity that occurs under your account.

You agree not to use the App for any unlawful purpose or in any way that violates these Terms. Specifically, you agree not to:

• Use the App to engage in fraudulent or deceptive activities.
• Use the App to harass, intimidate, or threaten others.
• Use the App to infringe on the intellectual property rights of others.
• Use the App to transmit or upload viruses, malware, or other harmful software.
• Use the App to collect personal information from others without their consent.

We own all rights, title, and interest in and to the App, including all intellectual property rights. You agree not to reproduce, modify, distribute, or otherwise use any content from the App without our prior written consent.

THE APP IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.

IN NO EVENT SHALL WE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE APP.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold us harmless from and against any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or in connection with your use of the App.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Arab Emirates.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the App after such modifications shall constitute your acceptance of the modified Terms.

We may terminate your access to the App anytime for any reason, with or without notice.
